By accessing and using SIMF.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

SIMF.ai is a talent empire simulator that enables users to create and manage multiple simulated influencer personalities ("Simfs"). The Platform allows users to monetize their Simfs through various digital activities and engagement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • The content and behavior of your Simfs
  • Ensuring your Simfs comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Content Guidelines

When creating and managing Simfs, you agree not to:

  • Impersonate real individuals without authorization
  • Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Promote hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Generate harmful or malicious content

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the original content you create for your Simfs. However, you grant SIMF.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute this content in connection with the Platform's services.

6. Revenue and Payments

All monetary transactions related to Simf activities are processed according to our Payment Terms. We reserve the right to modify revenue sharing arrangements with prior notice.

7. Transparency

You agree to maintain transparency regarding the simulated nature of your Simfs and not deliberately mislead users about their artificial status.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

9. Liability

SIMF.ai is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Platform or the actions of your Simfs.

10. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
